Neucom/North American R-103 Delphinus #3

The Neucom/North American R-103 is the craziest and most complex aircraft in the UPEO arsenal. The success story of the Delphinus line which produced the not so great planes the R-101 Delphinus #1 and R-102 Delphinus #2.
