Below are pictures of buildings in Wilkes-Barre I took on/around April 15, 2001. Also you will find a graph explaining how I can find the height of the Wilkes-Barre Steam Heat Smokestacks as well as the three diagrams I've made, to date, of Wilkes-Barre buildings. I can accomidate the diagrams to be seperate or however else you need them.

IF YOU ARE HERE ON BUSINESS OF THE DIAGRAMS:
Please consider seriously using them, Wilkes-Barre is small but if someone (me) went through the work to make them they at least deserve the same right as every city to have a diagram chart made of them. If you would like to contact me my E-Mail address is comms4@yahoo.com

-Thank you
 Lee Rafalko

NOTICE!: This diagram does not represent the actual height of the Wilkes-Barre Steam Heat Authority's smokestack. There hasn't been a sunny day yet for me to take measurements, this diagram below only represents HOW TO FIND the height, not the actual height. Thank You
